Get to know our educational project
Agora Barcelona International School is based on an educational project defined by 5 distinctive elements: The International Baccalaureate as a model for the future, multilingualism, STEAM, sport and health, and a commitment to providing our pupils with the tools they need to grow as global citizens capable of changing the world.
We prepare students for an international future by offering a multilingual educational project with linguistic immersion beyond English, official qualifications and international events and exchanges. Agora Barcelona International School is an authorised centre to teach the Diploma Programme (DP) of the International Baccalaureate® (IB) at Baccalaureate level.
On the other hand, STEAM (Science and arts) also form part of the children's all-round development, providing cognitive and personal benefits and helping to strengthen their communication skills. The school is linked to the Conservatori del Liceu de Barcelona and, thanks to this, pupils can obtain the Liceu de Barcelona's Basic Level Diploma in Music, with the possibility of continuing on to advanced levels.
Sports are also part of our curriculum. They help to develop and promote values such as self-improvement, teamwork and perseverance. The pupils have at their disposal the complete "Sport Centre", equipped with multi-purpose facilities adapted to the needs of each sport.
